At PromptAIGenius, we value your satisfaction and trust.

Overview We have a 7-day refund policy in effect from the date of your purchase. If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

Our products are digital and thus cannot be “returned” in the conventional sense. However, if you’re unsatisfied with the prompt pack purchased or have any issues, please get in touch with us.

Exclusions Certain items cannot be refunded:

Gift cards.

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

If the prompt pack isn’t in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error. If a refund request for a prompt pack is received more than 7 days after delivery. Refunds Once we receive your refund request, we’ll examine it and send you an email notification about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If after all this you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

Sale Items Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
